Taking place on Tuesday 19 August 2025 from 9.00am to 3.00pm at the Jellie Park Sports and Recreation Centre Sports Pool.

Lifeguard Team Information:
- Teams are made up of 4 Lifeguards (mixed gender) and a team manager (must be a current Lifeguard assessor).
- All Lifeguards must hold a valid PLPC.
- Each team member must be a current permanent employee of the pool and on the roster.
- Registration is only $400+GST per team member and includes:
- Entry to Lifeguard Competition on Tuesday 19 August
- Full 2 Day Waves Registration on 20 and 21 August
- Aquatics Awards Dinner on 21 August
- Professional Development Opportunities (see below)

*OPSEC Situational Safety Workshop
A must for all lifeguards on how to keep yourself and you team safe at work.
*Ellis & Associates VANGuard Aquatic Leadership Workshop delivered by Alex Calwell, Thrive Spaces & Places.
This an aquatics facility supervisor course designed to develop lifeguard supervisors. It is a two-part course where students complete an online module as a prerequisite to attending the in-classroom/pool portion of the course. More information will be provided on registration.
